Product Sourcing
We source items across India. If the clients already have some designs with them, we connect with a number of manufacturers to get the sample ready. Once the client likes the sample quality, we get item quotations from the manufacturers and supply them to the client. Similarly, if the clients want some designs from manufacturers in a particular category, we provide the product catalog from various suppliers.
Supplier Qualification
In order to mitigate the delay, we perform product sourcing and supplier qualification hand in hand. Each new supplier, we work with has to go through a rigorous verification check. We check the manufacturers' legal status, financial status, business ethics policies, work capabilities, and sustainability practices. Also, to avoid any partiality, we re-verify the qualification of old suppliers as well every 12 months. We work with genuine manufacturers only, who have sufficient resources to meet the delivery and quality requirements of the clients while following the best business ethics.
Inspection and Quality Control
We offer a customised quality control and product inspection procedure. Since every country has a different set of compliance requirements for each category of items, it's very crucial that we hear from clients about their product specification metrics. Also, if the client requires any specific lab tests or certifications, those also are taken care of from our end.
